Wired and Audi are successfully influencing the young generation to build new ideas and technologies. In this project, we were focusing on delivering great experiences for the customers through a website.

From 2016, Wired and Audi has been holding an annual event called Wired x Audi Innovation awards. 

In this project, we were focusing on delivering great experiences for the customers through a website.

Use a clear navigation structure, large UI design elements, dynamic animations and choose distinctive colors.

When working on Wired Audi Innovation Awards' website, we came up with a top-notch high-tech design. It created a perfect synergy with the client’s branding. 

To avoid overwhelming the user with the high number of ""Innovators"", we used a special grid that is presented on the site's main page. Thanks to a See More button people interested in exploring further can do so easily.

The elements we created also applied to the event venue. The goal of this event was to encourage attendants to keep innovating and build the world of tomorrow. It was a huge success as we built a long term relationship with Wired Japan and keep providing advices to them on website design.

The client wanted a simple and attractive website where the end user could experience the Norwegian-Japanese combination of their concept store trough the website. Because of the pandemic situation, most of the retail stores have limited time to stay open and only a few customers can visit in person. We had a chance to build a website that not only has an e-commerce purpose but also use recent 360° technologies to allow customers to have a meaningful experience. 

During the Covid pandemic, customers have limited chance to experience Norwegian Rain's concept store.

Defining the problem. With a very wide range of products, the quality of clothes tends to deteriorate and products may not look exactly the same as displayed. It creates a need to build a sophisticated platform where quality, aesthetic and brand story are balanced. 

Empathize. To start the process we had to go the store to grasp the experience a customer feels when visiting the store directly.

Visualization. The goal of this end product is to deliver a meaningful experience with a simple yet attractive UI/UX. The best choice was to build a 360 shopping experience to increase the reach and impact on customers.  

As a result, we understood that users need to have some way to discover the Norwegian Rain products they wanted to buy. In a physical store, they can go and comprehend the Norwegian-Japanese concept store, try some of the products and ask for advices. In an online environment, they need somehow to have the same experience. We then decided to go with 360 degrees store experience to provide a clearer feeling of the products and of the story Norwegian Rain tries to tell. 

As for the process, working directly with Norwegian rain and having constant feedbacks helped us build this great UX. Internally, it was a big challenge but also a great time together, meeting online often and improving our work until the website's launch.

We have been working with TSI, one of the biggest e-commerce company in Japan, for several years. This time they wanted to expand their business on Korean streetwear brands. As Korean fashion fans are increasing in Japan, they saw the opportunity to build and support the community with diverse products. The scope of the project was to develop the brand identity and design of the entire website.

Morugi is a Japanese e-commerce website that sells various well-known Korean streetwear brands.

We thoroughly researched the Korean fashion trends so as to Develop a strong identity that represents the Korean brands’ voices and engage their fans.  

Brand Identity. The brand identity needed to be dynamic, immediately connected to the theme of fashion and connecting ideas/patterns typical to the Korean streetwear culture.

Website. Once the brand identity was found, we designed the website around it. One of our main goal was to craft the pages' contents, navigational flow, blog, sections,... to be accessible by everyone, not only the Korean fans.

Production. It is very important that a website is easily maintainable by administrators, we built the e-commerce using a Japanese platform that our client was accustomed to. We built around it to add animations and create a great experience for end users.

In 2018, Graf Lantz hired us to design their new Japan e-commerce store. Users can browse and buy unique collection of wool, leather, organic cotton, linen and canvas collections brands. Premium, sustainable and high performing materials are the ways they approach luxury goods. They are thoughtfully designed to be functional and have multipurpose uses. 

Graf Lantz brought fun and style to the once overlooked miracle fabric. Keeping things simple, natural and different are their main motto. 

While creating the user interface, we paid special attention to the brand characteristics (elegant, mature, high-end, minimalistic, sustainable) and the personas’ needs (sophisticated, unique and extra things).

We couldn’t have designed a product our users love without the help of the people who will actually use it – it might sound like a cliché, but in good UX this always holds true.

Dare to experiment. We customized the site using the latest WebGL animation. To bring a more user-friendly e-commerce, we also added smooth scroll and transitions that fit the brand character. 

Small things can make a huge difference – Changing the color background didn’t seem like big innovations at the time but it created more dynamic transitions and improved the navigation between products.

We had a great opportunity to work closely with the Uniqlo Sustainability team to build a dedicated website and their digital presence.We created the concept, storylines and produced video-series.  We also helped them creating a story about their contribution to a better environment.  Each story encouraged the audience to genuinely learn about sustainaility in their daily life and share it among their friends.

In 2019, Uniqlo assigned Warp Japan to handle the Sustainability content and web page to increase user awareness.

Digital Content. Through Uniqlo’s social media channel, we deliver sustainability story and how Uniqlo put their effort to cover this issue.

Website. We build a dedicated page for Uniqlo Sustainability. This website contains all information and Uniqlo contribution. To fit Uniqlo’s target audience, we developed a simple and user-friendly website, using some illustrations to be accessible on various devices and platforms.

Production. Alongside digital solution, we also support the offline activation by creating posters and several print material for the sustainability event.

By activating all channel, user get more information and increase their awareness about sustainability and refugee life. Some events and activation was held by Uniqlo in Japan. 

People do more contibutions by recycling their clothes and come to Uniqlo stores.

Thinking of the brand vision. Strategy come first. We listened to the products' creator and worked together to identify the customer needs. It helped us define the direction and brand's vision.  The main keywords were intimate, simplicity, natural.

A long-term relationship committed to bringing the best of CB Days to Japanese market.

CB DAYS Moment has a unique character that we kept througout all of their platforms.  For example, the E-commerce website ambiance keeps the brand's identity and helps customers understand CB Days spirit.

Typography. We kept the packaging typography to be consistent and allow customer to feel at home using the website.

Block. Customers need to quickly get an insight on the line-ups, products and how they were made. Without betraying the brand aesthetic, we designed each part as minimalist yet interactive layouts. 

Color. Inspired by nature and the CB Days’s editorial aesthetic, the colors used on the website present the brand in an attractive way for the audience. 

Brands that survive are brands that meet the users needs. The design strategy was to build a scalable and functional e-commerce. Keeping a long term flexibility was one of our main target.

We wanted to create a website that helped users understanding the history and value of JM.Weston. 

The story of J.M. Weston begins at the end of the 19th century, in the heart of France’s Limousin region, with its long tradition of tanning and leather working.

After creating user flows and site maps we finally got to design our low-fidelity wireframes on how the website would look on an IOS users phone.

We had to pay special attention to the homepage because that is what users see first and it is the most important one among the touchpoints. We had to find out what the user wanted to find there and consider the most important elements in an e-commerce UX setting.

Make it convenient and valuable. We managed to show J.M. Weston's heritage through dedicated categories. From there, users can check the products directly and easily proceed to the  check-out. 

This e-commerce website keeps the French brand identity while being crafted to a Japanese audience. We delivered a solution that works on various devices. Users can conveniently browse products and learn more about J.M.Weston heritage.   
Through the mail subscription process, we are able to see a significant increase on product awareness and on sales. 

With a shared belief that great stories can come from anyone, anywhere, Evian has teamed up with Warp Japan to advertise more on mineral water being an healthy lifestyle partner. 

Evian,  as one of global leader in mineral water, wanted to expand their target and spread their values to the Japanese market. 

With a new vision in mind, Evian produces content regularly to not only promote mineral water but also an healthy lifestyle. 

Digital Content. We developed several mobile experiences in order to improve engagement between Evian and new users. Thanks to our collaborations, Evian Japan succesfully increased their value on the Japanese market.

Website. Evian often does collaborations with artists and designers. We built a dedicated page to tell the story behind the collaborations. For a number of events, we built a landing page that helps end users to know more about what Evian does in Japan.

Production To keep it original and authentic, we produce all the assets internally, including photographs, designs, art direction and video series. 

Having a solid content marketing strategy, it helps Evian to growth and promote new sales and conversions.

With a digital marketing plan in place, Evian successfully communicate with its audience through appropriate digital marketing channels, sharing valuable content, and by encouraging content co-creation.

The impact is obviously increasing in Japanese market. By creating original content, Evian has gain more fans in Japan, and held impactful campaign to fit their Japanese market.
